The app lets you record and analyze ambient sound. Neither the sound recordings nor any derived data are used in any other way. All data is stored strictly locally on your device and is never sent to the service provider, external servers, or any third party. I do not collect, store, or share any personal information whatsoever through the standard operation of the app.
While Night Hark operates entirely offline and collects no user data, it does utilize native platform connections to facilitate in-app purchases and subscriptions. These financial transactions are processed securely and entirely by the respective app storefronts:
* Google Play Store (provided by Google LLC) for Android devices.
* Apple App Store (provided by Apple Inc.) for iOS devices.
I do not process, collect, or have access to your credit card information, billing details, or personal financial data. The storefronts manage the transaction and only provide me with anonymous, aggregated data regarding purchase status to unlock the relevant app features.
